Couscous  is a staple food throughout Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Libya. Actually, I think that Couscous is known all over the world. There are many recipes of Couscous, but the most famous is the one that we serve chicken / meat, vegetables, and spices.It is an ideal food for both nomadic and agricultural peoples , hope you enjoy it .
